Role Overview:

As a diligent and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Brand Compliance Monitoring Specialist, you will oversee compliance across various channels for our clients. This includes email marketing, social media, and paid search.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively monitor brand compliance using proactive monitoring, manual checks, and specialized tools.
  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor Optizmo, Lashback, and other advertising channels for potential compliance issues.
  • Conduct regular checks on creatives, messaging, and brand placements for compliance.
  • Understand email marketing regulations like CAN-SPAM and support compliance efforts through accurate reporting and risk mitigation practices.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with compliance tools like Optizmo and Lashback (training provided).
  • Understanding of email marketing regulations and paid media compliance requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new tools or processes and ensure standards are met.
