Digital Marketing Brand Compliance Oversight Specialist

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented professional to oversee compliance across various channels for our clients. This includes, but is not limited to, email marketing (supported by tools such as Optizmo and Lashback), social media, and paid search.
The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to brand guidelines and regulatory standards using proactive monitoring, manual checks, and specialized tools.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively monitor brand compliance across third-party email campaigns, social media, paid search, and other advertising channels.
- Set up and manage Google Alerts and other monitoring tools to track potential compliance issues.
- Conduct manual compliance checks until additional tools or systems are implemented.
- Exceptionally organized with a sharp eye for spotting compliance issues across various channels.
- Familiarity with compliance tools like Optizmo and Lashback is preferred, but training will be provided.
- Understanding of email marketing regulations like CAN-SPAM and paid media compliance requirements.
