Job Title: Sales Support Specialist

As a key player in our sales operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our business. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization by providing administrative support to our sales development team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and working collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

  • Sales Administration:
    • Manage and track global and regional sales development campaigns, analyzing results and providing actionable feedback.
    • Ensure accurate and timely updates in our CRM system regarding leads and contacts from various sources.
    • Assist in creating and distributing sales materials and marketing collateral.
    • Monitor and report on sales development team performance metrics.
  • Lead Management & Qualification Support:
    • Initial routing of inbound leads based on predefined criteria.
    • Route qualified leads to the appropriate sales development representatives.
    • Conduct research to identify potential leads and gather relevant company information.
  • Customer Communication & Support:
    • Serve as a point of contact for sales-related inquiries from internal customers and cross-functional teams, demonstrating effective communication and collaboration.
    • Support sales development representatives in setting up and managing sales campaigns.
  • Sales Operations & Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency.
    • Develop and implement sales support tools and resources.
    • Analyze data to provide insights to the sales development team.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Manage process documentation and campaign repository.
  • Collaboration & Team Support:
    • Work closely with sales development representatives, sales managers, and other internal teams for seamless communication and collaboration.
    • Provide general administrative support to the sales development team as needed.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to team goals.

This role requires exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a strong focus on attention to detail and ability to work independently.
