The role requires a skilled financial professional to oversee and manage our company's financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll processing
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Perform regular reconciliation of company bank accounts and credit cards
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records
  • Ensure compliance with Australian taxation laws
  • Collaborate with senior management to prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar financial role
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in MYOB - A MUST.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • A proactive, flexible, and positive attitude

We require a mid-senior level Bookkeeper with excellent interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail. The successful applicant will have a wealth of experience in a similar dual accounts and office management role.
