Financial Management Professional

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven financial management professional to join our team. This role will be instrumental in managing key financial functions, ensuring accuracy, and supporting the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes
  • Perform bank and account reconciliations
  • Conduct cash flow analysis to ensure liquidity and financial stability
  • Support Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) initiatives, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Collaborate with management to provide actionable financial insights
  • Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks
  • Utilize Stride Retail (Odoo) if applicable

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, ACCA, or CMA certification preferred.
  • Proven experience (3-5+ years) in financial management, accounting, or controlling roles.
  • QuickBooks experience required; Stride Retail (Odoo) knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with ERP and accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
