We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in the role of Financial Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring financial health and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Day-to-Day Financial Functions: Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to ensure accuracy.
  • Cash Flow Management: Reconcile bank accounts and monitor cash flow to ensure efficient financial management.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to drive business growth.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare tax returns and ensure timely filing in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred, but not required).
  • Experience: Proven experience as a financial manager or in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting; proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Microsoft Excel); excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
