Financial Manager

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to oversee financial operations, manage financial records, prepare tax returns, and perform bookkeeping tasks.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks
  • Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Manage payroll processing and prepare payroll returns accurately and timely
Additional Duties:
  • Perform general bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and generating financial reports
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and resolve any issues
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Financial Manager with expertise in financial management, tax returns, payroll returns, and bookkeeping
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and payroll processes
