Healthcare Sourcing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Sourcer to join our team. This individual will play a key role in identifying and qualifying top nursing talent for travel, acute care, and ambulatory assignments—ensuring a steady pipeline of high-quality candidates.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Source nurses for hospitals, clinics, and ambulatory care settings.
  • Screen candidates based on specialty and client-specific criteria (ICU, ER, OR, etc.).
  • Manage multiple requisitions while maintaining quality standards.
  • Utilize Advanced Talent Systems platforms for Boolean searches, pipeline tracking, and engagement.
  • Submit qualified candidates with complete documentation.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of licensing and credentialing requirements.
  • Adjust sourcing strategies based on market trends and client feedback.
Schedule and Work Environment:

This position requires working outside standard office hours, Monday–Thursday 8AM – 6PM EST, Friday 8 AM – 5PM EST, and other times as needed.

Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of experience sourcing for healthcare roles (travel nursing or acute care preferred)
  • Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Advanced Talent Systems platforms and sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to manage high-volume requisitions and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
