  1. Present Financial Information: Effectively communicate financial data to members and employees in one-on-one and small group settings.
  2. Membership Applications: Process new membership applications and membership share capital subscriptions in a timely and accurate manner.
  3. Registry Maintenance: Maintain daily savings and paid-up shares registry, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
  4. Passbook Issuance: Issue members' passbooks and update records as necessary.
  5. Transaction Processing: Prepare and submit new or changed deductions to the Senior Account Analyst as requested by members.
  6. Member Updates: Update the list of members and prepare monthly reports for new members and resigned members.
  7. Financial Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on fixed and savings deposits.
  8. Journal Voucher Entries: Prepare journal voucher entries for all daily transactions of members and adjustments.
  9. Transaction Verification: Verify the correctness of withdrawal and deposit amounts for all member transactions.
  10. Check Preparation: Process and request check preparation for member savings withdrawals, subject to approval by the Senior Accounts Analyst-Savings & Fixed Deposit.
  11. Document Management: Maintain all documents, vouchers, and related records, ensuring they are available for audit purposes.
