Corporate Accounting Professional

Maintain accurate and timely financial records and reporting to support business operations.

Key responsibilities include performing bookkeeping and accounting tasks, including journal entries, bank and credit card reconciliations, and monthly and quarterly reporting. The successful candidate will also contribute to the Finance team's efforts to ensure financial processes are accurate and organized.

What We're Looking For
  • A motivated and detail-oriented professional with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Preferably 1-2 years of accounting experience with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge of accounting software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
What You'll Do
  1. Bank Transactions & Reconciliations:
  • Review prior-day bank transactions, create corresponding journal entries in Sage.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Save monthly bank statements in designated SharePoint folders.
Credit Card Management:
  • Manage credit card program for Apex and Nexus.
  • Complete monthly reconciliation for credit cards.
  • Prepare journal entries.
Accounting Operations:
  • Support general bookkeeping and accounting procedures.
  • Ensure timely data entry and reconciliation.
  • Organize filing of accounting records.
