About the Role

We are looking for highly skilled individuals to facilitate same-day deliveries, utilizing advanced routing techniques and logistical expertise.

Main Responsibilities
  • Efficiently dispatch deliveries, optimizing routes based on driver schedules, customer needs, and service level due times.
  • Maintain a high level of proficiency in CXT dispatch systems and leverage them effectively to streamline operations.
  • Develop strong communication skills to interact directly with customers via phone and email, resolving issues promptly while maintaining a professional tone.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Dialpad and Zendesk, utilizing these tools for efficient communication and feedback.
  • Provide timely feedback to drivers, ensuring on-time delivery metrics of 90%+ for assigned markets.
  • Offer ongoing insights to General Managers, City Managers, and Supervisors regarding driver supply needs and performance.
  • Build comprehensive knowledge of clients, drivers, and market-specific needs.
  • Be flexible to work assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven responsibility and dependability.
  • Excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to adapt quickly to new software technologies and changing market conditions.
  • Experience running operationally efficient projects and teams.
  • Passion for logistics and rigorous business practices.
  • Proficiency in Google Office Suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote environment.
