Technical Support Specialist - Quality Assurance
As a Technical Support Specialist and Quality Assurance professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional support for our customers while maintaining the reliability of our app. Your primary focus will be on handling complex issues escalated from our customer service team, investigating and resolving customer problems through thorough analysis, testing, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve escalated cases from the customer service team efficiently.
  • Investigate and resolve customer problems by reproducing issues, reviewing logs, and testing app flows.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal support agents to ensure seamless collaboration.

Quality Assurance & Testing:
  • Contribute to pre-release QA cycles, conducting thorough tests on physical devices and simulators.
  • Perform manual tests across key user journeys and edge cases.
  • Assist in designing and maintaining automated test suites.
  • Provide valuable feedback during release planning to identify potential risks and areas requiring special attention.

Requirements:
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Previous experience in consumer or business app environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide effective technical support or QA testing in fast-paced software teams.
  • Comfortable with on-device app testing (iOS/Android) and simulators/emulators.
  • Familiarity with test automation tools or willingness to learn.
