Job Opportunity

Job Description:

The Quality Assurance Analyst will collaborate and support a cross-functional team. This role will focus on creating detailed, comprehensive test plans and test cases. The work involves reviewing system specifications, conducting testing before product launches to ensure the software runs smoothly.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Test complex software systems developed in an agile environment
  • Help plan and design Test Strategies and QA procedures
  • Engage in robust requirements review or story refinement
  • Test planning and execution of Test Plan by coordinating with all team members to ensure completion
  • Advocate for quality practices and articulate quality risks
  • Coordinate feature-level integration testing with QA Lead
  • Analyze, maintain, and track defects for testing
  • Validate conformance to requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Ensure stories meet Definition of Done
  • Communicate testing results and status with project team members
  • Escalate issues or obstacles appropriately
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Skill Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
  • Strong understanding of QA process and collaboration with Development teams
  • Basic knowledge of Katalon Automation, AWS, and SQL
  • Experience in project management and QA methodology
  • Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
  • Knowledge to troubleshoot potential issues and best practices around database operations

Work Environment:

  • Occasional movement around the work area; sitting; manual tasks; operating tools and office equipment
  • Frequent mental demands including following directions, collaborating with others, and handling stress
