We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Digital Banking Maintenance team. As the Head of Digital Banking Maintenance, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability and performance of our digital banking platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team of technical professionals in maintaining and improving digital banking platforms.
  • Oversee platform maintenance, support, and ensure application stability.
  • Drive efficient incident resolution, root cause analysis, and performance optimisation.
  • Manage key vendor relationships and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders on platform initiatives.
  • Ensure high availability, resilience, and security of digital banking platforms serving consumer and retail banking sectors.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience managing enterprise applications or digital banking platforms.
  • Proven technical leadership and operations management experience within BFSI, fintech, or digital banking environments.
  • Hands-on knowledge of platforms such as Backbase, Temenos Infinity, Finacle, Finastra, or similar digital banking systems.
  • Strong technical skills including Java, Spring Framework, APIs, Microservices, SQL, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
  • Exceptional leadership capabilities with strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
