Job Summary:

">Delivery Implementation Leader for APAC

This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the successful execution of client implementation and delivery projects within the APAC region.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement regional delivery strategies aligned with commercial, product, and operational priorities.
  • Design scalable frameworks, playbooks, and tools for delivering complex payment solutions to enterprise merchants.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing regional delivery team consisting of Delivery Implementation Managers.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) around time-to-live, delivery velocity, customer satisfaction, and internal process adherence.
  • Serve as a senior escalation point for complex delivery issues and ensure alignment across key stakeholders.

">Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in implementation, delivery, or onboarding in payments, fintech, SaaS, or enterprise tech.
  • Strong understanding of integration models and delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
