Job Title: Treasury Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily treasury operations, ensuring all disbursements are properly funded and processed on time.
  • Assign depositing banks for collections and review daily transactions, including bank balances, check denunciations, and debits.
  • Process and print all transactions in the Record System (RS).
  • Determine fund transfer needs based on daily bank balances and reconcile discrepancies between deposited checks and RS reports.
  • Generate collection and disbursement reports for senior management.
  • Review and sign BIR payments, fund transfers, and other disbursement documents.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Petty cash replenishment reporting.
  • Accurate preparation of Letters of Credit and Telegraphic Transfers.
  • Uploading Managers Checks and Sellers' Subsidies.
  • Bank Reconciliation.
  • Filing Reports to Banks.
  • Authorized receipt of bounced checks, manager checks, bank statements, and checkbooks.
Supervisory Duties:
  • Handle supervision and guidance of Treasury Assistants.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Treasury, Property/Real Estate Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills, presentable, with good work ethics, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Well-versed in Treasury operations, including funds management and disbursements/payables.
  • Preferably with SAP experience.
