The Operations Team is seeking an experienced individual to play a pivotal role behind the CEO in leading one of the most dynamic areas of the media industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations and project timelines with high accuracy.
  • Support events, partnerships, and communications by coordinating internal and external meetings.
  • Take accurate meeting minutes and ensure follow-through on action points.
  • Maintain CRMs with precision.
  • Organise shared drives and filing systems for seamless access.
  • Compile guest lists, RSVPs, and event reminders for timely notifications.
  • Support post-event surveys, reporting, and webinar content organisation.
  • Handle member and partner onboarding, communications, and database updates efficiently.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience as an Operations Specialist, Chief of Staff, or Executive Assistant at mid–senior level.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace, MS Office, Slack, Zoom).
  • Excellent reporting and presentation-building skills with a solutions-focused approach.
  • Relationship-driven, collaborative, and skilled at handling sensitive information.
