This is a great opportunity to take on a senior position and lead cross-functional teams in the development of embedded systems.

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager who can oversee the full development lifecycle of ESP32-based solutions, from concept through deployment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C and C++ programming, with experience in firmware development, and be familiar with RTOS, multitasking, and resource-constrained environments.

Solid understanding of communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth is also required.

Job Requirements
  • Lead and actively contribute to the full development lifecycle of ESP32-based solutions
  • Design, implement, and optimize embedded firmware using C and C++ tailored for performance and reliability
  • Define technical specifications, project scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and team members
  • Plan, organize, and manage project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are consistently met
  • Oversee system integration, hardware–software debugging, and performance tuning to guarantee robust functionality
  • Review code contributions, maintain coding standards, and mentor junior engineers to raise overall team capability
  • Ensure adherence to documentation standards, version control practices, and quality assurance processes
  • Facilitate collaboration across hardware, firmware, and UI/UX teams to align on technical and functional goals
  • Continuously research and adopt emerging IoT technologies, frameworks, and best practices to drive innovation and scalability
