Embedded Linux Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Embedded Linux Field Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Linux, distribution packaging, software design, system debugging, and embedded software development methodologies.

This role requires proficiency with Debian or Ubuntu, as well as distribution/packaging experience (deb, rpm). Solid embedded Linux experience with Yocto and Buildroot is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers to gather requirements and explain our technology
  • Develop solutions to be proposed to prospective clients
  • Participate in the delivery of select projects related to Embedded Linux
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related technical field
  • Extensive Linux experience
  • Distribution / Packaging experience
  • Solid embedded Linux experience
  • Fluency in at least one of Golang, Python, C, C++, or Rust
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
