Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team in a dynamic accounting environment. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in driving process improvements, automation, and compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cash Management: Prepare month-end journal entries and reconciliations in accordance with US GAAP and company policies.
  • Financial Analysis: Perform trend analysis on balance sheet and income statement accounts, providing explanations for fluctuations.
  • Process Improvements: Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to increase efficiency and strengthen internal controls.
  • Audit Support: Support annual financial statement and statutory audits, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements and related disclosures.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent; CPA preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in public accounting and/or industry experience.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of cash, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, accruals, intercompany, equity, and financial reporting.
  • Soft Skills: Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
  • Team Player: Strong team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Experience with NetSuite ERP system preferred.
