Join our team as a Financial Data Analyst to support the finance department in leveraging data to drive informed decision-making and operational efficiency.

  • This role is instrumental in building foundational data capabilities, supporting reporting needs, and contributing to the development of a data-driven culture within the organization.

As a key member of the finance team, you will process customer payments, refunds, and other transaction adjustments accurately and on time. You will also liaise with internal and external stakeholders, prepare bank files, manage accounts filing, and process all accounts payable transactions.

  • Additionally, you will assist in identifying automation and process improvement opportunities within finance operations.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, values precision, and is excited by the opportunity to build data capabilities from the ground up.

  • They should have 1+ year of experience in accounts payable or finance administration, a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field, and strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.

  • Knowledge of financial systems or tools such as Alteryx is a plus.

Key performance indicators include accurate and timely processing of accounts payable transactions, strong stakeholder engagement and smooth coordination within the finance function, clear documentation and data accuracy in financial reporting, and contribution to improved finance processes and data utilization.
