Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Solutions Consultant who will work with our team to design and implement solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for problem-solving and a strong understanding of our product suite.

You will work closely with our sales and customer success teams to understand customer needs and develop effective solutions.

Your ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in functional and technical discussions with customers to understand their requirements and pain points.
  • Design and present solutions that demonstrate the product's value and address customer needs effectively.
  • Conduct needs assessments and solution-finding sessions, including technical questionnaires, for customers with varying levels of complexity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in a Solutions Engineering or similar technical customer-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of our product suite, including front-end and back-end functionality.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical product functional issues, sales processes, and propose solutions.
