This is not a routine IT role. As Solutions Architect at The Medical City, you will be at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution—designing scalable, secure, and innovative solutions that power healthcare transformation.

You will work closely with the Innovations and Solutions team, bridging business requirements with technical implementation. From systems analysis to architecture design and deployment, you'll lead the development of robust digital platforms that support enterprise goals.

What You'll Actually Do

  • Architect solutions: Gather business requirements, design technical blueprints, and select appropriate technologies.
  • Lead implementation: Oversee integration and deployment of solutions, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and best practices.
  • Ensure performance and security: Monitor systems, optimize performance, and enforce compliance with security policies and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate across teams: Work with internal business units and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Document and support: Maintain high-quality technical documentation and backup systems for reliability and recovery.
  • Drive innovation: Recommend technical developments to improve user experience and system efficiency.
  • Build capability: Stay current with industry trends, attend conferences, and pursue ongoing education to enhance your expertise.

Who You Are

  • A graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering , or a related field.
  • Has 1–3 years of experience in systems architecture, solution design, or enterprise IT implementation.
  • Has basic experience coordinating teams or projects .
  • A structured thinker with strong technical fluency and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiar with security protocols, performance testing, and documentation standards.
  • A collaborative partner who can translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
