Key Legal Professional

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Key Legal Professional to provide comprehensive legal services. This individual will be responsible for drafting corporate documents, overseeing company registration in EU countries, and reviewing contracts.

  • Deliver exceptional legal support to the company and its subsidiaries
  • Prepare key corporate documents, such as Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
  • Coordinate complex EU country registrations
  • Thoroughly review and negotiate contracts, including Contracts for supply and/or construction works, lease agreements
  • Collaborate with internal departments to provide expert legal guidance on ongoing activities
  • Support the HR department in labor law matters
  • Offer daily legal advice, providing clear explanations regarding interpretation and application of relevant regulations
  • Manage internal legal affairs, overseeing contracts, document flow
  • Analyze changes in legislation, inform the Employer about them and develop relevant adjustments in internal procedures and regulations
Essential Requirements
  • Masters degree in Law
  • Minimum 8 years of experience as an in-house lawyer at international construction/renewable energy companies
  • Demonstrated expertise in construction area, extensive knowledge of Labour Law, Trade Law, EU civil law
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Result-oriented and multi-tasking with good time management skills

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of European Union laws, particularly in areas of contract law, labor law, and trade law. They will effectively navigate a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
