Job Title: Chief Legal Officer

The primary function of this senior-level position is to oversee the legal department, providing strategic counsel and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

This role requires a Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent and admission to the Bar, as well as at least 10 years of progressive legal experience in corporate, commercial, or regulatory law. Experience in the financial services or technology industry is highly valued.
