Senior Performance Marketing Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly strategic and hands-on individual to join our team as a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who has deep expertise in Meta and Google Ads, and a working knowledge of LinkedIn and TikTok advertising.

You will be tasked with building and scaling digital ad campaigns that directly impact our revenue growth. You will work closely with creative teams, content producers, and analytics stakeholders to launch, test, and optimize paid media campaigns, and play a key role in scaling creative output through User-Generated Content initiatives.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute high-performing Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads strategies to acquire new customers and drive revenue growth
  • Set up, manage, and continuously optimize paid campaigns, ensuring they align with our business goals and ROAS targets
  • Expand reach through LinkedIn and TikTok campaigns, where applicable
Key Responsibilities
  • Write compelling, conversion-optimized ad copy tailored to each platform, audience, and funnel stage
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ideate and test ad variations, including static, video, carousel, and UGC formats
  • Source and manage UGC creators, develop creative briefs, and analyze performance to iterate on top-performing content
Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads, with proven ability to scale campaigns to $200K+/month in spend
  • Demonstrated success in e-commerce performance marketing—preferably with direct response campaigns
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other reporting tools
  • Experience in copywriting and ad creative testing for paid acquisition
  • Strong understanding of attribution, pixel tracking, and conversion optimization principles
Preferred Experience
  • Advertising experience on LinkedIn Ads and TikTok Ads
  • Prior involvement with organic SEO strategies
  • Experience in a high-growth startup or fast-paced agency environment
