Key Responsibilities:

The Digital Customer Representative will be responsible for working closely with the Customer Service Manager and Product Marketing stakeholders on content creation and collaborating strategically with internal and external resources.

Additionally, this role requires effective time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

Requirements:

Applicants must possess a college degree (Bachelor or equivalent) and demonstrate exceptional English communication skills. A strong team mentality, problem-solving abilities, and a capacity to set correct expectations are essential for this role.

Experience building one-to-many digital campaigns is also crucial for success in this position.
