We're looking for a highly skilled Marketing Strategist to drive our client's marketing initiatives and support business growth.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to join our team as a Marketing Strategist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and brand awareness.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Media Buying: Manage daily ad spend ranging from $300 – $2k+ and identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilise performance data to inform ad creative, landing pages, and offers to optimise effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Funnel Strategy: Identify underperforming stages of sales funnels and develop strategies to enhance conversion rates and maximise revenue.
  • Creative Strategy: Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative graphic and video concepts crucial for scaling paid traffic.
  • Growth Strategies: Develop and implement growth strategies and campaigns that distinguish us from competitors.
  • Competitor Research: Conduct research on successful strategies in similar niches to improve advertising and funnel optimisation efforts.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Direct Response Marketing Experience: 2+ years of experience in direct response marketing.
  • Campaign Management: Skilled in managing campaigns primarily on Meta.
  • Data Analysis: Highly analytical and data-driven, making decisions informed by data while avoiding over-analytics.
  • Ad Account Management: Building ad account structures aligned with best practices and demonstrating problem-solving abilities.
  • Scalability: Confident in scaling and optimising ad accounts based on client needs.
  • Self-Motivation: Initiative-driven self-starter capable of managing multiple projects independently and remotely in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curiosity: Intellectually curious with a drive to understand the 'what,' 'why,' and 'how' behind unique results.
  • Resilience: Tenacious and resilient, persisting until goals are achieved.
  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tools: Proficient in using tools like Hyros, Google Sheets, and data analytics reporting for actionable insights.
