We are seeking a seasoned Growth and Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing rigorous A/B tests to optimize subscription features, pricing strategies, and user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage A/B tests to optimize subscription features and pricing strategies.
  • Analyze results to derive statistically significant insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize growth promotions such as limited-time offers, subscription upsells, and cross-promotions.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance subscription offerings through tiered pricing, feature prioritization, and renewal incentives.
  • Experiment with trial offers, discounts, and retention strategies to reduce churn and increase user lifetime value (LTV).

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience in A/B testing, experimentation, and growth campaign execution.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Firebase Remote Config, and Metabase.
  • Expertise in subscription models, renewal strategies, and churn analysis.
  • Strong data visualization skills for presenting findings and insights.
