Job Overview

This role is ideal for individuals with experience in talent management, customer service, public relations, advertising, or marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Selecting the best staff for each assignment based on client needs and expectations.
  • Recruiting, enrolling, and training promotional staff through phone and email communications to ensure a high level of professionalism.
  • Managing bookings and assigned staff for nationwide events to guarantee successful outcomes.
  • Evaluating and processing promotional staff performance after each assignment to identify areas for improvement.
  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND TALENT.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree or higher in a related field such as business administration, marketing, or communications.
  • 2-5+ years of experience in customer service, marketing, communications, or event staffing with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication skills, organization, and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent Google software to efficiently manage administrative tasks.
  • Effective communication over phone and email to build strong relationships with clients and talent.
  • Reliable, determined, and self-motivated to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
