As a Virtual Marketing Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our entertainment shows, workshops, and online coaching app launch. Your primary objective will be to support marketing efforts and lead generation initiatives across multiple platforms.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute promotion strategies for upcoming events, focusing on ticket sales and hype building.
  • Manage Google Ads, social media ads, and campaign tracking to boost engagement and maximize ROI.
  • Provide international marketing support for coaching workshops and app launch, targeting global audiences and leveraging their preferences.
  • Design and optimize funnels, lead capture systems, and audience segmentation for maximum impact and efficiency.
  • Cultivate and utilize email lists for targeted marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless communication with customers.
  • Draft and schedule email campaigns and newsletters to maintain conversions and drive revenue growth.
  • Contribute to pre-launch strategy for the online coaching app, including lead capture and audience nurturing to enhance user experience.
  • Assist in driving sign-ups and trials post-launch, ensuring a smooth transition and high customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate marketing activities across multiple platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Google, to create a cohesive brand image.
  • Offer administrative assistance to streamline workflows and enhance productivity, freeing up time for strategic decision-making.
About You
  • You must have proven experience in digital marketing and virtual assistance, with a strong understanding of lead capture, funnels, and automation tools.
  • A solid knowledge of Google Ads, social media ads, and campaign reporting is essential for this role.
  • Familiarity with content-driven platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Google, is preferred but not mandatory.
  • You should possess a proactive mindset, with the ability to take initiative and provide strategic suggestions to drive business growth.
  • Strong communication skills are a must, along with being responsive and reliable in your interactions.
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision, you should be self-motivated and results-driven.
