Job Summary

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role involves driving digital campaigns, content creation, and social media management to deliver measurable ROI.

The successful candidate will have experience in LinkedIn Advertising and email marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving results. They will also possess strong working knowledge of campaign management tools, as well as proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and Salesforce or other CRM systems.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing content, video, and marketing automation strategies, as well as leading LinkedIn Advertising and email campaigns. You will also assist with lead follow-ups and nurturing sequences, and provide weekly updates on campaign performance.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn and email channels.
  • Manage and optimize content, video, and marketing automation strategies to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Lead LinkedIn Advertising and email campaigns, including targeting, creatives, segmentation, and budget management.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPL, conversions, and ROI, and recommend improvements to maximize lead quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve list quality and engagement.
