Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to oversee the full scope of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations.

This position requires proficiency with Yardi software for managing financials, tenant records, and reporting.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day operations of assigned properties
  • Overseeing leasing activities: marketing units, screening tenants, and preparing lease agreements
  • Using Yardi to manage tenant records, process payments, and generate reports
  • Ensuring timely rent collection and enforcing lease compliance
  • Coordinating property maintenance, inspections, and vendor services
  • Maintaining communication with tenants to resolve concerns promptly and professionally
  • Preparing budgets, monitoring expenses, and tracking property performance metrics
  • Ensuring properties are compliant with local, state, and federal regulations

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Experience in property management (residential or commercial)
  • Proficiency in Yardi software (Yardi Voyager, Breeze, or equivalent)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of lease agreements, fair housing laws, and property regulations
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple properties or tasks
