In this role, you will be a strategic partner to the CEO, managing the executive's calendar, prioritizing tasks, handling confidential information, and ensuring a smooth office operation. This position demands a highly organized individual with exceptional communication skills, able to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, fielding calls, emails, and requests.
  • Efficiently manage the CEO's calendar, minimizing conflicts and optimizing scheduling.
  • Prepare for meetings by gathering relevant materials, coordinating with attendees, and taking detailed notes during meetings.
  • Prioritize and manage incoming correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Deliver business communications to vendors, investors, stakeholders, and leadership team members when needed.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Conduct research and compile information as needed.
  • Coordinate and manage business arrangements with the CEO and other stakeholders.
  • Accompany and/or represent the CEO at high-level events and conferences.
  • Oversee and manage special projects assigned by the CEO.
  • Oversee expense reports and reimbursements.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth workflow and communication.
  • Handle highly confidential information with utmost discretion.
  • Prepare confidential documents and reports as required.

This role requires experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting a C-suite executive. You must possess strong organizational and time management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
