
Patient Accounts Coordinator Specialist

This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage patient accounts efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Review daily reports of pending patient statements for accuracy.
- Collaborate with front office staff to resolve discrepancies.
- Handle incoming patient calls through a designated extension line.
- Document all communications with patients in the billing system.
Additional responsibilities include responding to voicemails, returning patient calls within 24 hours, and addressing patient inquiries empathetically.
Requirements- Must have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Proficient in English both written and verbal.
- Minimum one-year experience in medical billing, patient responsibility, deductibles, co-insurance amounts, and self-pay patients.
Able to work independently and represent clients by providing timely feedback and exceptional customer service. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills required.
