Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at K9 Mania Dog Training. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office correspondence, and responding to client inquiries.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including preparing contracts, receipts, and invoices, and managing office correspondence.
  • Customer Service: Respond to client inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Scheduling and Reporting: Coordinate schedules for dog trainers, monitor progress, and provide regular reports to the operations supervisor.
  • Communication: Manage internal and external communication, including email, phone calls, and messages, maintaining a professional tone and responding promptly to client inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Location: Must reside in Davao City and be willing to work on-site.
  • Full-Time Commitment: Comfortable working full-time from 09:00 pm to 7:00 am Philippine Time, with flexible working hours and day-offs.
  • BPO Experience: Previous experience in call handling in a BPO environment or call center is highly valued.
  • Sales Experience: Sales experience is a plus, particularly in managing sales pipelines, negotiating with clients, and closing deals.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management software and office communication tools, such as QuickBooks and GoHighLevel, is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
  • Critical Thinking: Possess strong critical thinking skills to effectively solve problems.
  • Teamwork: Proven ability to work collaboratively with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards.
