We are looking for a Business Support Manager to oversee the administrative functions of our organization. This role will involve managing office operations, supervising administrative staff, and implementing policies and procedures to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Manage Office Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
  • Supervise Staff: Supervise and mentor administrative staff, providing guidance and support to ensure effective performance.
  • Implement Policies: Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve administrative efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in administrative roles, with at least 1-2 years in a senior or specialist capacity.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.

Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with office procedures and standard practices.
  • Basic knowledge of financial processes (budget tracking, invoicing, etc.) is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
  • Professional demeanor and customer-service oriented attitude.
