This role is a vital part of ensuring an exceptional client experience by managing the onboarding process, overseeing quality assurance, and guaranteeing the successful fulfillment of all services.
- The Client Success Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving retention, maintaining high service standards, and building client relationships through effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- A strong understanding of the client's business, their needs, and other unique factors is essential to ensure that the service plan, marketing strategy, etc. is tailored to their needs.
This position requires strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects while maintaining attention to detail and a focus on quality assurance and performance.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential for this role as well as a proactive approach to addressing client needs and concerns.
- Familiarity with social media, content marketing, and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
- Onboard new clients and assign applicable parties to their dedicated tasks
- Hold the team and client accountable in an 80/20 capacity
- Project manage all existing and new performance-related services
Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm EST; Full-time opportunity with WFH setup.
