As a key member of our customer support department, you will be responsible for providing technical and non-technical customer service and support across multiple sub-families for business and/or end-consumer customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer service and support via phone, online chat, or text
  • Assist with call center-based customer support in response to a high volume of low complexity inquiries
  • Analyze and resolve customer issues (typically performed in an office environment) in response to a lower volume of higher complexity inquiries
  • Act as liaison between customers, production, and distribution departments related to specific customer orders
  • Provide technical and non-technical customer support in a walk-in service center

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will have comprehensive knowledge of the specific discipline or the broader area in which the position operates. You will execute specialized projects and activities and typically work according to set principles. You will usually generate and initiate your own workload and do not need instructions or guidelines.
