We are seeking a results-driven professional to join our Energy and Power team. As a Sales Strategy & Insights Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth.

Job Description:

This role involves working closely with regional and local teams to understand Marsh's E&P solutions and internal stakeholders across Asia and globally. You will analyze data to prepare compelling proposals for clients and identify key decision-makers, account needs, and underlying risks.

You will also develop complex sales presentations and support the design, development, and marketing of new E&P products. Conducting thorough due diligence, leveraging various resources to stay informed about market conditions and client needs, is an essential part of this role.

Your expertise in analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop insights, will enable you to make informed decisions and drive business success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus, as well as proven ability to develop and deliver impactful sales presentations.
