Key Roles and Responsibilities

The integration of TrustArc products requires a blend of technical expertise and exceptional relationship-building skills. As a Technical Account Manager, you will support small to enterprise-level clients and foster lasting partnerships that drive business growth.

Main Objectives:
  • Deliver strategic and tactical client services to complex clients.
  • Translate customer needs into actionable solutions and recommendations.
  • Present and facilitate large group meetings for clients.
  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting during product implementation.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to scope and manage customer requests.
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills in written and verbal interactions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, requiring Subject Matter Expertise in TrustArc products.
  • Manage multiple projects within timelines and maintain organized documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to expand customer adoption of TrustArc products.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of experience in software technical support or account management.
  • Strong understanding of technological platforms and web infrastructure.
  • Intermediate knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and debuggers.
  • Understanding of technical documentation, including product specs and API integrations.
  • Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.
