Key Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need to have strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously. A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager leading NetSuite implementations is required.

  • Expertise:
  • NetSuite modules and functionalities (ERP, CRM, SuiteCommerce, OneWorld)
  • Project management methodologies and tools
  • Business requirements gathering and translation into NetSuite solutions
  • Scope definition, estimation, and scope variation management
  • Client relationship building and stakeholder communication
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail

Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of project lifecycle management, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, data migration, and go-live. Experience working with US-based clients is highly desirable.

Professional Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is essential for this role. Holding a PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus, as is having NetSuite Administrator or Consultant certification.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project) is also highly valued in this position.
