Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Project Manager to lead our clients' end-to-end implementation and optimization projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering NetSuite solutions that meet our clients' business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Project Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • NetSuite Expertise: Develop comprehensive knowledge of NetSuite modules and functionalities, including ERP, CRM, SuiteCommerce, and OneWorld.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage multiple NetSuite projects concurrently, from initiation to closure. Oversee the entire NetSuite implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, data migration, and go-live.
  • Communication: Facilitate and lead project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and stakeholder reviews. Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager leading NetSuite implementations.
  • Demonstrated experience managing at least 3 full lifecycle NetSuite implementations.
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite modules and functionalities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
  • Experience working with US-based clients is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications
  • NetSuite Administrator or Consultant certification is a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
