Job Description:

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional support to VIP clients and/or potential VIP clients through various channels. As a VIP Web Consultant, you will be handling VIP clients that purchase AgentPro, Semi-Custom, ImagineStudio and True Custom website products.

You should possess excellent interpersonal communication skills to effectively convey client requests to our production team. Additionally, you must be able to handle customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner, identify problems and offer solutions and recommendations that improve clients' websites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the bridge between clients and our production team.
  • Ensure projects remain within scope.
  • Report project progress to clients on a regular basis.
  • Keep project timelines within approved schedules.
  • Make proactive suggestions to clients on how to enhance their online presence.
  • Design Homepage, Inner Pages, and Custom Requests in collaboration with clients.
  • Come up with aesthetically pleasing yet functional and user-friendly designs.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships.
  • Assist in tracking web project issues and driving their resolution.
  • Create project status reports and deliver updates to clients and managers.
  • Coordinate with our Los Angeles office via phone and email.
