Job Overview

The primary objective of the Client Experience Lead is to establish and maintain exceptional relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic client account management strategies to ensure long-term retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide timely and effective client support.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Assess and develop staff relationship management skills to enhance client delivery.
  • Identify and implement initiatives to improve client satisfaction and cost efficiency.
Position Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in client relations or related field, or a combination of relevant experience and education.
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to influence decision makers and collaborate across business lines.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills with ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional certification in a related field (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance).
  • Experience with customer relationship management software.
  • Fluency in additional languages.
