Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Payment Solutions Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to clients on licensing and onboarding queries, including business expansions.

You will work closely with client-facing teams to provide upfront guidance and support to prospective and current clients on licensing and onboarding queries, including business expansions. You will also coordinate internally with Onboarding and Implementation functions and other stakeholders to improve client experience of onboarding with us and service offerings.

In this role, you will be expected to:

  • Provide customized consultative support on license requests with mid to high complexity
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of payment industry regulations and Visa's business operations
  • Identify innovative solutions and opportunities to improve processes
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 8+ years of work experience in the financial services industry
  • Effective planning and organizational, conceptual and logical problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to set and deliver upon priorities within busy, shifting environment
  • Strong interpersonal and client-focus skills
