Job Title:

Facility Team Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead technical surveys of facilities, analyze results, and develop detailed reports with actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments: Lead and oversee technical surveys of facilities across various sites, ensuring comprehensive evaluation of infrastructure, utilities, and operational requirements.
  • Analyze survey results: Develop detailed Facility Survey Reports, including recommendations for facility maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, and personnel training requirements.
  • Presents findings: Engage with stakeholders to present survey data, validate results, and support design review discussions, ensuring alignment with project objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Document and track facility conditions: Oversee the documentation and tracking of facility conditions, identifying risks, deficiencies, and opportunities for improvement to support long-term operational sustainability.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree: In engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field; a master's degree or relevant certifications is an advantage.
  • Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience in facility assessments, infrastructure surveys, and technical evaluations, including hands-on expertise in analyzing facility systems and recommending corrective actions.
  • Familiarity with maritime security infrastructure: Including unique requirements of port facilities, coastal surveillance sites, and related operational environments.
