As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing day-to-day account operations. This includes preparing reports, timelines, and updates for clients and internal teams.

You will work closely with clients, creatives, and marketing teams to ensure deliverables are met, conduct market research on consumer trends, competitors, and industry developments, and assist in developing and implementing brand strategies for both clients and the company.

Additionally, you will support in managing clients' brand presence on social media and other marketing channels, help ensure compliance with clients' standards, practices, and brand guidelines, track progress of campaigns and projects, and flag potential issues to your supervisor.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in account management, marketing, or a related role, strong communication and interpersonal skills, basic understanding of brand strategy, marketing, and social media management, good organizational and time management skills, and proficiency in using productivity and project management tools.
