About the Role:

This leadership position oversees a team of Utility Engineers, ensuring top-notch inspections, precise data accuracy and process improvements within the electric utility sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of Utility Engineers, driving excellence in inspection results, cataloging utilities assets, identifying potential hazards and collaborating with utility companies to meet project objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Utility Engineers, ensuring exceptional quality and precision in all tasks.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for asset management, quality control and compliance.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, encourage professional growth and provide training opportunities for junior engineers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and aligned goals.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the electric utility field is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, project management and analytical skills are essential.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal abilities are required.
  • Proficient computer skills, strong written and oral communication skills are must-haves.
