Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
  • Draft, review, and maintain corporate governance documents
  • Provide clear, actionable guidance on corporate structure, tax intersections, and jurisdictional considerations
  • Manage contract lifecycles, renewals, amendments, and compliance tracking
  • Work closely with external counsel to protect company interests
  • Support protection, management, and enforcement of the company's intellectual property
  • Draft and review licensing and confidentiality agreements
  • Advise on employment contracts, disputes, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in legal documentation, compliance, or a related field
  • Strong research, analytical, and communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of commercial contracts, licensing agreements, and confidentiality agreements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive, organized, and resourceful approach to tasks
